Cold aisle solution

We analyse your infrastructure on-site and design your individual cold aisle solution. On request, we document it on the basis of energy and temperature measurements. Using these, we produce a detailed forecast of the potential energy saving or the optimised temperature distribution. The savings can be demonstrated by a second measurement.

Basic structure

The basic structure consists of individually sawn-to-length aluminium extruded profiles. It can be installed suspended from the roof or on supports. The racks can thus be replaced at any time without altering the basic structure. Pre-existing building features such as pillars, supports, binding beams or other obstacles are integrated into the structure.

Roof modules

Individually adjusted roof modules. Openings for fire extinguishing nozzles, existing cabling or other requirements are worked in individually.

Consisting of:

  • profile structure (see article 10.00.)
  • Makrolon in B1 (flame-resistant); material thickness in 4 mm, transparent
  • alternatively also with laminated glass

Roof modules with ridge

Self-supporting structure that can be attached to the floor, walls or ceiling. Openings for fire extinguishing nozzles, existing cabling or other requirements are incorporated individually. Consisting of:

  • profile structure (see article 10.00.)
  • Makrolon in B1 (flame-resistant); material thickness in 4 mm, transparent
  • alternatively also with laminated glass

Folding doors

Door including frame. Consisting of:

  • off-set handle
  • Makrolon in B1 (flame-resistant); material thickness in 4 mm, transparent

Saving at a high level

Lowering energy costs for cooling is the order of the day. Talk to bit, because we will not just design and install your cold aisle containment, but also adapt the air conditioning regulation:

  • adjustment of the air quantity
  • increasing inlet air temperature
  • increasing cold water temperature
  • energy controlling to prove success of the measure

 

Cold aisle containment on its own is no solution:
